Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate operations and patient care for the designated Orthopedics area. Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients while performing staff nurse duties as needed. Assume delegated managerial responsibilities and maintain consistency with Mercy Service Standards. Work full-time days, 36 hours per week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Requires current RN license and two to three years of patient care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
- Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice
- Two or three years' experience required in patient care
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Supervisory or management experience
- CRRN
- Rehabilitation experience
