Job Summary
The RN Supervisor (On Call) at Telecare provides recovery-focused services related to the administration of medical treatment and oversight of nursing care for individuals with neurobehavioral and mental illness. This role includes supervising staff, providing orientation and training, managing admissions, maintaining therapeutic relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with health policies. Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills are essential. Candidates must possess a valid RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations
- Valid CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation)/BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment
- Successful completion of applicable post-offer physical examination
- 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis
- Acceptable criminal background clearances
- Degree or license verification
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance if driving is required
Desired Qualifications
- BSN degree
- Two (2) years of RN experience
- One (1) year of supervisory experience
Additional Requirements
- Internal applicants and applicants employed with Telecare in the previous 12 months would not be eligible for sign-on bonus
