Job Summary
RN Supervisor Nursing Services PRN oversees the nursing department's clinical and operational activities to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, scheduling, providing leadership and supervision, supporting continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring resource availability, coordinating with leadership on budgeting and policies, and supervising integration of clinical affiliate students.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse state licensure
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Associate Degree or higher (preferred)
- 1-2 years related experience in the profession (required)
- 1-2 years of leadership experience (preferred)
