Job Summary
Manage daily clinical and operational activities of the nursing department, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to care standards, and regulatory compliance. Supervise, train, and oversee departmental staff while scheduling employees and contributing to performance evaluations. Conduct quality assurance reviews, evaluate data, and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and minimize waste. Monitor expenditures, manage clinical resources, and ensure nursing staff have necessary support for high-quality care. Oversee integration of clinical affiliate students and collaborate with leadership to coordinate service delivery. This role supports organizational goals and requires RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience in the profession
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher
- 1-2 years of previous leadership experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional relationships

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms, healthcare software systems, and data analysis tools
