Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing; plans, develops, organizes, and coordinates day-to-day nursing department functions; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies; maintains stock of medications and supplies; develops assessments of residents' nursing needs; assigns nursing aides; encourages staff participation in training; supports a collaborative, compassionate team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Jacksonville, FL.
Required Qualifications
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric settings
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a nursing supervisor
- Current CPR Certification
- Must meet state requirements for relevant licensures or certifications
- No disciplinary action against professional license
