Job Summary
RN House Supervisor leads nursing during DON absence, reviews shift staffing, assigns/reassigns staff to meet patient care needs, completes patient care rounds, coordinates admissions/transfers/discharges, assists evening/night shift orientation, and supervises evening and night shifts. Must be a licensed RN with at least 3 years of nursing experience and experience in an acute care setting. This role contributes to high-quality patient care and staff leadership in a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Norfolk, VA.
