Job Summary
RN Supervisor - Nights at Las Cruces Recovery Center oversees coordinated client care across units, provides professional and administrative leadership to nursing staff, schedules coverage to ensure full shift staffing, conducts rounds for monitoring and safety, administers medications and maintains records, and collaborates with healthcare teams to implement care plans and ensure quality, safety, and adherence to facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing
- RN license from state (or compact state)
- CPR certification
- de-escalation training
- First aid may be required
- Two or more years’ experience as an RN
- One or more years’ experience in behavioral health
