Job Summary
RN Supervisor - Neuroscience responsible for overseeing day-to-day nursing operations on an acute care unit, directing and evaluating the delivery of care to designated patient populations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards, staffing and scheduling, liaising with physicians and families, and promoting patient safety and outcomes. Requires BSN or BAN, RN licensure, and BCLS; leadership and acute care RN experience preferred; shift rotation with day variation.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
- BSN or BAN from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Minimum of 2 years previous RN experience
- Basic cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
