Job Summary
RN Supervisor - Med Surg Tele is a leadership role on the Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit for night shift (7P-7A) in Medical City Dallas. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource for staff, participates in admission/discharge activities, collaborates with managers to improve outcomes, supports patient-first care, guides staff interviewing/training, staffing and labor management, and inventory control. Requires RN with Associate Degree; ACLS and BCLS due within 30 days of start. Sign-on bonus available up to $20,000. No travel required.
