Job Summary
RN Supervisor - Med Surg Tele leads the Clinical Nurse Coordinator role on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during the night shift, directing and coordinating nursing care, overseeing admissions/discharges, staff scheduling, training, and policy adherence to support patient-centered outcomes. Works with management to drive quality improvements, standardizes processes, and promotes a collaborative environment to enhance clinical outcomes. Requires RN licensure, Associate Degree, and ACLS/BLS within 30 days of start; position includes a sign-on bonus potential and no travel. Night shift 7P-7A on the Medical City Dallas campus.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Associate Degree
- ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
