Job Summary
RN Supervisor - Med Surg Tele, Night shift (7P-7A) on the Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit at Medical City Dallas. Provide clinical leadership, coordinate admission/discharge processes, assess and monitor quality of care, partner with managers and subject-matter experts to create teamwork and improve outcomes, oversee staffing, scheduling, and training, support interviewing and performance evaluations, ensure policy compliance, manage inventory and supplies, and contribute to ongoing nursing strategies and patient-centered care. May be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
- No Travel Required
- ACLS within 30 days of start date
- BCLS within 30 days of start date
