RN Supervisor Med Surg Diabetic Endo

Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Med Surg Diabetic Endo unit ensures high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of nursing functions during the shift. Leads collaboration with management, directs and evaluates nursing care, serves as resource for staff, supports patient-first philosophy, and oversees staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and policy compliance to improve departmental outcomes. Provides input on interviewing and developing staff, and assists with inventory and supply management to sustain efficient operations.
