Job Summary
RN Supervisor Med Surg Diabetic Endo coordinates and oversees nursing care on the Med/Surg/Diabetic Endocrine unit, directs staffing and scheduling, supports admissions/discharges, mentors staff, and leads quality-improvement initiatives to ensure safe, patient-centered care; requires RN licensure in TX (or compact), BLS/ACLS, an associate degree/diploma, and Med/Surg experience with supervisory skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
- TX RN license or compact license active
- BLS and ACLS required
- 1 year Med/Surg experience required
- Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
