RN Supervisor - Main OR (GYN)

RN Supervisor for GYN in the Main Operating Room at Mercy STL Hospital. Organizes and administers nursing services in the assigned specialty area, coordinates planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, functions in staff role as needed, and assumes managerial duties as delegated by the OR Manager. Responsible for orientation of new coworkers and permanent team members in collaboration with the Resource Coordinator and the OR Nurse Clinician. Supports continuous quality and service improvement to achieve excellence in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
