RN Supervisor - Laclede Groves - FT Eve

Coordinate and monitor daily nursing services department staff activities while maintaining consistent application of EverTrue policies. Participate in coaching, counseling, and in-service training for nursing personnel, and assist with direct resident care when necessary. Develop, maintain, and update written policies governing the Nursing Services Department, including workforce evaluations, scheduling, and medical record documentation. Conduct rounds on units to check on residents and staff, intervene on issues, and ensure safe care delivery. Perform administrative duties such as completing RAI/MDS, reporting incidents, and participating in committee meetings and regulatory surveys. Ensure timely completion of resident admission processes and maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
