Assist in providing supplemental nursing staff to in-patient and other areas while working with departments to ensure appropriate and timely patient placement. Support staff in obtaining needed supplies and equipment, and utilize the chain of command to address departmental or facility issues. Respond to emergencies on campus and implement emergency plans for the facility. Interact with patients, families, staff, and physicians to ensure prompt resolution of concerns. Maintain a personal emphasis on customer service while supporting the hospital mission, vision, and goals.
