RN Supervisor - Home Care (Part-time)

Provide supervision, guidance, and evaluations to all assigned private duty and home care staff. Complete routine field visits with current patients and conduct field evaluations for new referrals. Oversee the implementation and ongoing assessment of the patient's plan of care through management of RNs and other staff. Ensure accurate evaluations and develop comprehensive care plans addressing patient needs. Communicate patient conditions and collaborate with providers to deliver evolving care. Requires current unrestricted RN license in PA, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. One year of nurse supervisory experience preferred. Schedule is part-time, 16-24 hours per week in the Johnstown and Somerset area.
