Job Summary
Assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure delivery of care aligns with federal, state, and local standards. Evaluate nursing care outcomes while maintaining infection control policies and established practice standards. Follow directives from the Director of Nursing Services to uphold quality care. Requires current unencumbered RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and basic computer skills for electronic health records. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including weekends or every other evening.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work
- current CPR or BLS certification
- basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
