Job Summary
RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff on night shift (11pm-7:30am) at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, develops and implements individualized patient care plans with interdisciplinary team, monitors patient progress, provides guidance to new employees, maintains patient care records, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborates with other departments to ensure coordinated care. Requires active Florida RN license, 1+ year RN experience and 1+ year RN supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 200 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 1 year RN Supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds
