Job Summary
Oversees daily nursing care on the 3p-11:30p shift; supervises nursing personnel; coordinates nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care; monitors care delivery; conducts shift staff meetings; provides reports to the Director of Nursing; requires RN license in state of employment, BSN preferred, IV certification, CPR/BLS, geriatrics/subacute experience, and management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- Peripheral IV certification
- Two years of clinical nursing experience
- One year of management experience (preferred)
- One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful
