RN Supervisor Freestanding ED

Supervise, coordinate, and provide leadership for clinical and non-clinical teams delivering quality patient care in the Emergency Department. Assess daily patient needs, develop care assignments, and delegate duties based on staff skills and abilities. Gather team data to plan shift care, evaluate staff performance through direct feedback and coaching, and recommend corrective actions as required. Participate in hiring processes by conducting interviews and making recommendations to the clinical leader. Requires Registered Nurse licensure from Indiana, BLS certification, and 5+ years of RN and ED experience. Full-time days schedule at Ascension St Vincent Indy South Micro Hospital.
