Job Summary
RN Supervisor needed for Bloomingdale Health Center with responsibility for supervising nurses and aides, collaborating with nursing leadership to implement changes, conducting resident assessments, ensuring accurate documentation (MARs, nurse notes, incident reports, physician orders, treatment records), and liaising between nursing staff and physicians. Role is per diem with weekend coverage on an every-other-weekend schedule; requires NJ RN license and 1 year of LTC and RN supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- NJ Registered Nurse License
- RN - Registered Nurse certification
- 1 year of experience in Long Term Care
- 1 year of experience in Nursing
- 1 year of experience as a RN Supervisor
