RN Supervisor Every other week 7p-7a

Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on the unit while assisting with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care. Support and guide nursing staff by addressing clinical concerns as they arise, and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain compliance with all policies and state/federal regulations. This role requires a valid RN license in New Jersey and prefers previous experience in long-term care or sub-acute settings.
