RN Supervisor Evening & Night shift

Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care while providing clinical oversight to nursing staff during evening and night shifts. Monitor resident conditions, ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented, and maintain compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies. Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs, prioritizing care based on clinical urgency. Assist in managing multiple residents and promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership. Requires a current, unencumbered active RN license in Virginia, BLS certification, and minimum two years of nursing experience. Full-time evening and night shift available with same-day pay and shift differentials.
