RN Supervisor Evening/Night

Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment through direct support to residents and families. Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence, maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations, and manage documentation of resident care services. Answer questions and requests from residents and staff to provide necessary information, and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. Requires a valid RN license, minimum three years of Long-Term Care experience, familiarity with EHR and Prescribing programs, and strong communication skills.
