Job Summary
Conduct walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care. Monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments to meet established PPD while reviewing medical records for compliance with regulations and Erickson policy. Assist in resolving resident concerns, address clinical changes, and lead investigations for injuries or medication errors. Provide coaching, conduct training and evaluations, and direct nursing staff during emergencies. Participate in the on-call process and may fill in as a licensed nurse on the floor as needed. Work evenings from 3-11:30pm, full-time. Join a national network of communities managed by Erickson Senior Living, one of the country's largest providers of senior living and health care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 years' floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft office, internet and web applications
- Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

- Prior supervisory experience
