Job Summary
Conduct walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care. Monitor staffing levels across skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care to meet established patient population goals. Review medical records for admission paper completion, incident follow-up, and clinical condition changes. Assist in resolving resident and family concerns, consult with on-call providers, and lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, or abuse allegations. Supervise and orient new nursing staff, provide coaching, conduct training, and direct nursing teams during emergency situations. Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing. Participate in the on-call process as needed. Work evenings from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, four days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 years' floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft office, internet and web applications
- Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
- Currently hiring for evenings, 3-11:30pm
- Full time, 40hrs/week

- Prior supervisory experience
