Job Summary
RN Supervisor - Emergency Room role overseeing clinical coordination and nursing care in the ER. Responsibilities include admissions/discharges flow, quality assessment of patient care, collaboration with managers, staff training and development, interviewing and performance management, staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring patient-centered care and service excellence. Qualifications include RN license, Associate Degree, and mandatory certifications (BCLS, STABLE, TNCC, PALS, ACLS) with experience in ER leadership and a focus on improving patient outcomes. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 available.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- STABLE must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
