Job Summary
RN Supervisor - Emergency Room leads patient-centered care in a high-volume ER, directs unit functions during the shift, assists with admissions/discharges for efficient throughput, collaborates with management to improve outcomes, supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery, guides staffing and training decisions, oversees scheduling, inventory, and supplies, and ensures policy compliance and performance evaluations. Requires RN, Associate Degree, BLS, STABLE, TNCC, PALS or PALS Instructor, ACLS or ACLS Instructor, and 1 year of experience. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is available.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Associate Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- STABLE must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
