Job Summary
Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with facility policies. Respond to clinical concerns and changes in residents' conditions, coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, and ensure accurate documentation and proper medication administration. Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership, and provide guidance and leadership during emergencies. Requires an active New York State RN license, previous nursing-home or long-term-care experience, and prior supervisory experience.
