Job Summary
RN Supervisor position at Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Oversees day-to-day nursing operations, schedules nursing staff, maintains infection-control policies, ensures regulatory compliance, provides emotional and psychological support to patients and families, collaborates with physicians, maintains patient confidentiality and documentation, and coordinates equipment maintenance. Required Qualifications
