Job Summary
RN Supervisor role overseeing care delivery for residents in a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care setting. Responsibilities include care needs planning and revisions, implementing care plans, supervising and scheduling staff, educating families and interdisciplinary team members, communicating changes in resident conditions to families/providers, documenting and auditing medical records and charges, and leading education for residents, families, and staff. Requires WV RN licensure (LPN accepted with experience), 2+ years long-term care experience, ability to pass background checks and screenings, and demonstrated leadership and clinical competency. Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as an RN in the State of West Virginia
- RN Registered Nurse Licensure preferred
- LPN Licensed Practical Nurse License considered with Experience
- 2 years minimum long term care experience
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
