Job Summary
Lead clinic operations by overseeing daily business, financial, and clinical functions to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care and safety. Recruit, select, monitor, develop, coach, and mentor staff while managing operational and capital budgets to strengthen the facility. Provide leadership for service expansion, physician relations, and community initiatives, ensuring adherence to the State Nurse Practice Act and care standards. Maintain high quality standards across all activities and foster collaboration within interdisciplinary teams. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, three years of clinical background, current RN license, and BLS certification. Located at Longmont United Hospital in Longmont, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Three (3) years clinical background in area of specialty
- Experience providing patient education and coaching
- Experience in or knowledge of working within established budget parameters
- Current RN license in state of employment / Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact
- Current Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Previous supervision as well as leadership skills
- RN Certification in Ambulatory Nursing through the AAACN
