Rn Supervisor Citizens Helen Kaplan program

Manage all health care needs for a caseload, including completion of quarterlies and annuals, tracking labs and appointments, and quarterly nursing reviews. Perform MD rounds with the Medical Director to ensure timely implementation of orders and appropriate documentation. Provide clinical direction and training to LPN and AMAP staff, overseeing delegated nursing functions through periodic observation of medication passes and skills. Ensure adherence to all ICF regulations and participate in ongoing surveys by OPWDD. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24-7 availability.
