Job Summary
Provide person-centered care to meet the social, physical, recreational, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents in our Friends Nursing Home. Conduct supervision duties on the desk from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with every other weekend coverage. Maintain current CPR/AED Certification and clinical skills for the resident population while exercising strong judgment and decision-making abilities. Requires a current Pennsylvania RN license with 2-3 years of experience and a preference for long-term care background.
Required Qualifications
- Current license with the State of Pennsylvania for Registered Nurse
- 2-3 years of RN experience
- Must maintain current CPR/AED Certification
- Strong supervisory skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Clinical skills needed for resident population
- Judgement and decision-making skills
