Job Summary
Oversee clinical care on the unit, guide and support nursing staff, and ensure resident safety and comfort. Conduct assessments, administer medications, implement care plans, manage incident responses, and maintain regulatory compliance. Work evening/night shifts in a resident-focused, compassionate, team-oriented environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
