Job Summary
Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors while overseeing medication passes and ensuring resident safety and dignity. Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards, and assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance. Manage the behavioral unit successfully by adapting to high-stress situations and maintaining a positive environment. Applicants must be a registered RN with superior nursing knowledge, working weekends.
