RN Supervisor

Administer nursing care to residents as needed and assign tasks. Plan resident care utilizing the nursing process and individualize the needs of each resident. Initiate a teaching plan based on resident and family learning needs. Perform required procedures with knowledge and skill. Attend supervisory meetings as scheduled. Ensure the safety and comfort of residents and the health and safety of employees while providing supervision for the facility. Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse by NY State is required; Long Term Care experience is preferred.
