RN Supervisor - Cath Lab

Supervise, coordinate, and direct activities of clinical and non-clinical teams delivering quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Assess daily patient needs, distribute care assignments, and delegate duties based on staff skills. Gather team data to plan shift care, evaluate staff performance through direct feedback and coaching, and recommend corrective actions. Participate in hiring processes by conducting interviews and making recommendations. Requires Alabama RN licensure, BLS certification, and one year of cumulative job-specific experience. Days schedule with on-call rotation.
