Job Summary
Deliver safe, effective patient-centered care without constant supervision while conducting individualized assessments and prioritizing data collection per facility protocols. Utilize interdisciplinary resources to develop and revise individualized plans of care, incorporating cultural preferences and evidence-based nursing principles. Perform ordered treatments accurately, document assessment findings and progress, and initiate emergency resuscitative measures per advanced life support protocols. Maintain confidentiality, report conditions using SBAR, and assist staff nurses through education, coaching, and role modeling. Support the Director of Nursing in identifying and evaluating process improvements while adhering to STAR Standards and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current WI Registered N
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- Ability to Ascending or descending step ladders, stairs, and the like
- Ability to Occasionally Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
- Ability to Occasionally Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Ability to Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Ability to Adjusting or moving objects up to 25 pounds in all directions
- Ability to Communicating with others to exchange information
- Ability to Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Ability to Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
- Ability to Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
- Ability to moving objects up to 20 pounds
- Ability to moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to moving objects up to 100 pounds or more
- Ability to wear personal protective gear as needed
Desired Qualifications
