Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor), you will prioritize resident service to ensure that residents and their families receive high-quality care. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments of residents, developing and revising care plans, administering prescribed medications, and maintaining clinical documentation. You will promote safety and a healthy living environment, requiring a current RN licensure and strong communication skills. This position offers growth opportunities and continuing education support.
Required Qualifications
- RN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
