Job Summary
Manage daily staffing needs, ensure adequate coverage, and provide hands-on nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans. Conduct comprehensive resident assessments upon admission and throughout their stay while assisting in developing personalized treatment plans that adhere to facility policies. Lead and supervise nursing staff by managing ongoing education, recruiting, and retaining talent, and address grievances from residents and families to ensure effective conflict resolution. Implement new ideas to drive continuous improvement and support a positive management team. Requires a current RN license, minimum three years of nursing experience, and one year in nursing administration.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of experience in nursing administration
- Ability to work weekends with flexibility and adaptability
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting
