Job Summary
Assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting. Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure delivery of care aligns with federal, state, and local standards while maintaining established infection control policies. Evaluate nursing care outcomes and adhere to community administration guidelines and Nursing Policies and Procedures. This part-time role involves Thursday through Saturday night shifts with 10-hour durations, offering a wage of $48.00 to $49.00 per hour. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, and candidates must hold a current, unencumbered RN license within the state of practice.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work
- current CPR or BLS certification
- basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
- Thursday - Saturday, Nights shifts
- 10-hour shifts
