Job Summary
RN Supervisor responsible for supervising day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty, aligning with federal/state/local standards. Key duties include directing and evaluating resident care, conducting daily rounds, coordinating transportation between Nursing and Social Service, monitoring supply ordering, reporting to the Director of Nursing, participating in discharge planning, ensuring accurate census and 24-Hr reports, contributing to performance improvement and committees, ensuring readiness of rooms for admissions, and collaborating with physicians to observe and assess residents' physical and emotional status. Requires nursing education, licensure, CPR certification, and at least two years in long-term care supervisory experience. Growth opportunities and health benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Nursing license (RN)
- CPR certification required
- Experience: minimum two years' experience in long term care nursing facility with Nursing supervisory experience preferred
