RN Supervisor - Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology Outpatient Clinic

Manage clinical operations within the Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology outpatient clinic by supervising staff, overseeing patient flow through the clinic, and handling all point-of-care testing. Review processes to ensure optimal workflow and charge capture while developing and motivating staff to work effectively within their licensure. Collaborate with managers and the Division Chief to troubleshoot issues, maintain Joint Commission compliance, and oversee supply and medication ordering in a cost-conscious manner. Protect patient and staff confidentiality and lead by example to foster a cohesive team.
