RN Supervisor

Create patient Plan of Care per Physician's orders and implement nursing support for individuals in a home setting. Review nursing documentation, MARs, and verbal orders to ensure compliance with physician directives and state regulations. Conduct supervisory visits to assess caregiver competency, review plan of care implementation, and complete required documentation. Train caregivers and nurses as needed while participating in staff meetings and in-services. This role balances clinical and administrative responsibilities to lead without providing continuous daily hands-on care.
