Job Summary
Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery and oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans while conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards. Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols. Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of residents in our long-term care and rehab facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license

- Advanced degree or certification
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
