Job Summary
RN Supervisor for the Acute Cardiac Unit (Nights) leads clinical and operational patient-care activities during the 12-hour night shift. Responsible for coordinating, planning, and overseeing patient care operations, supervising nursing and support staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and quality initiatives. Develops and implements patient care standards and evidence-based practices, supports staff orientation and professional development, and promotes service excellence and patient-centered care. Requires BSN, Maryland (or Compact) RN licensure, BLS, and at least 3 years of acute cardiac nursing experience; leadership/charge nurse experience preferred. Pay range reflects hourly rates converted to annualized salary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in Maryland or Compact State
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of three (3) years of Acute Cardiac nursing experience
