RN Supervisor

Anticipate and manage changes in census and acuity to allocate nursing resources based on patient needs. Enforce policies for patient and resident care delivery while ensuring proper staffing ratios, covering call-offs, and managing vacation time. Lead rounds at shift start, perform random audits, and complete chart checks, seclusion/restraint logs, and medication records accurately. Prioritize tasks, delegate staff, and provide direct care as needed. Assist nursing leaders in orienting staff, coaching, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate care rendered to patients, including physician orders and diagnostic information. Monday through Friday schedule with two 16-hour shifts or one 8-hour shift.
