RN Supervisor - $15k Bonus

Oversee daily nursing operations and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for behavioral health residents. Anticipate census and acuity changes to allocate resources effectively while rounding, auditing charts, and verifying seclusion/restraint logs. Enforce care policies, coordinate physician orders and diagnostic information, and assist in developing individualized plans of care with measurable goals. Delegate tasks, mentor staff, and provide direct care as needed while monitoring patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and resolve customer complaints promptly. Work a rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, including Saturdays and Sundays, at Erlanger Behavioral Health Hospital in Chattanooga.
